What we work on

Anxiety runs as a pattern: a thought, a picture and a surge in the body, faster than you can talk yourself out of it. In hypnosis we work at the level where that pattern lives, and build a calm response in its place.

For panic attacks, you learn what sets the surge off and a fast, reliable way to bring yourself back to calm. For stress, you step out of overdrive and build a calm you can return to on demand.

Tools you keep

You learn self-hypnosis and simple calming techniques drawn from NLP and mindfulness. They become your own tools, ready whenever you need them, between sessions and long after.

Where anxiety has older roots, regression goes back to where the feeling began and releases its hold.

Sessions

Most clients choose the 7-hour course, usually five sessions, in person in Bournemouth or online by video. It begins with a free 15–30 minute consultation.
