Hypnotherapy Q&As

Can hypnosis help with sleep?

Yes. Together we unwind a busy mind at night and retrain your body to drift off and stay asleep more easily.

Why it fits so well

The state of hypnosis sits right next to sleep. Learning to enter it on purpose gives you a reliable route from a busy, wakeful mind to deep relaxation, exactly when you need it.

In sessions we work on whatever keeps you awake: the replaying of the day, worry about tomorrow, or a body that has learned to stay on alert.

Your bedtime routine

I teach you self-hypnosis and simple calming techniques you use at bedtime. With practice, the routine becomes a cue your body follows.
